In my counselling service I deal with a wide variety of problems. However, I specialise in working with people to help them get a handle on their overpowering patterns, in particular anxiety, anger and depression.
Anxiety is often characterised by recurring thinking around a particular theme. Another form of anxiety can be repetitive thoughts linked to compulsive behaviour. For example repeatedly checking you’ve locked the doors. Moreover, associated with a tight, closed up feeling, anxiety can be very hard to live with. Ongoing depression can seem to never end and how have no way out. Click for more information on my approach to depression.
Some people find that they have difficulty controlling anger. Often this is a complete mystery to them as they believe that being angry is bad. Click to find out more about Anger management.
